1. Lead Generation & Portal Management Generate Rental Leads And Manage Property Listings On 99Acres, Magicbricks, And Other Relevant Platforms.2. Owner Calling & Property Onboarding Proactively Call Property Owners, Pitch Homeambits Rental Services, And Onboard Quality Properties For Rental.3. Lead & Property Matching Match Tenant Requirements With Available Properties And Ensure Timely Coordination Of Site Visits.4. Sales & Deal Closure Manage Negotiations, Follow-Ups, And The Complete Sales Process From Enquiry To Successful Rental Deal Closure.5. Team & Target Management Lead The Rental Sales Team, Set And Monitor Targets, Track Daily Performance, And Drive Consistent Monthly Closures. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Lead generation, Negotiation, Customer handling, Presentation
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
