Job Role: Real Estate Sales Executive / Telecaller / Sales Manager- Handle Leads Received Through Calls, Whatsapp And Digital Marketing.- Contact Potential Customers And Understand Their Property Requirements.- Explain Project Details, Pricing, Payment Plans And Available Options.- Regularly Follow Up With Interested Customers And Convert Leads Into Site Visits.- Coordinate And Assist Customers During Property/Site Visits.- Build Strong Relationships With Customers And Handle Their Queries Professionally.- Negotiate With Customers And Support The Final Booking/Closing Process.- Achieve Monthly Sales And Lead-Conversion Targets.- Maintain Proper Records Of Leads, Follow-Ups And Customer Interactions.- For Sales Managers: Guide The Sales Team, Monitor Performance And Achieve Team Targets.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Negotiation, Customer handling, Lead generation, CRM
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone self-motivated and confident

Your responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
