Homeslice Stays Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Manager to join its team in Purasawalkam, Chennai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude
