Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, MS Office
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

• Timings: 9:30am -7:30pm, 7 am to 5 pm , 10 pm to8 am
• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to friday
