Looking for a Receptionist role in Sector 21 - Gurgaon, Delhi? Hotel Calista is hiring now. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry, Typing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
