Hotel Fortune Inn is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join its team in Railway Station Road, Bhopal. You can earn up to ₹16,000/month.

What the job involves

As a Human Resource Manager, your work will include:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS, MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
