Front Desk Receptionist

Hotel Lexus is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Employer’s description

- Manage Guest Check-In And Check-Out Smoothly And Professionally.- Verify Guest Identity, Reservations, And Payment Details.- Assign Rooms, Issue Key Cards, And Update Guest Records In The Pms.- Process Cash, Card, And Online Payments Accurately, And Complete Daily Cashier Closing And Reconciliation.- Prepare Daily Front Desk Reports And Maintain Accurate Records.- Assist Guests With Hotel Information, Services, And Special Requests.- Coordinate With Housekeeping, Maintenance, And Other Departments For Prompt Service.- Resolve Guest Concerns Professionally And Report Complaints, Security Issues, And Lost & Found Items.- Ensure Compliance With Hotel Policies, Billing Procedures, And Operational Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised
