Hotel Meridian Plaza is looking for a Receptionist / Front Office Executi... to join its team in Greater Kailash-I, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Front Office Reception, Hotel Experience For At Least Five Year Must Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.Good Computer Knowledge. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented
