Hotel President wants to bring on a South Indian Cook for its Simmakkal, Madurai team. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Responsible For Preparing Authentic And Traditional South Indian Cuisine, Specializing In Dishes Like Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Sambar, Rasam, And Various Curries. They Are Expected To Have A Deep Understanding Of Regional Spices, Flavors, And Cooking Methods While Maintaining Strict Hygiene, Food Safety, And Sanitation Standards In The Kitchen. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | South Indian, Restaurant Experience, Commi1, Commi2, Head Chef, Desert, Coffee-Tea-Juice | Skills Needed : Veg, Non Veg

Day-to-day work

• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Coffee-Tea-Juice, Commi1, Commi2, Desert, Head Chef, Non Veg, Restaurant Experience and South Indian
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
