Front Desk Receptionist

Looking for a Front Desk Receptionist role in Pahar Ganj, Delhi? Hotel Sita International is hiring now. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting and Typing
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented

Your responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
