Hotel Vip International wants to bring on a Receptionist for its Park Street, Kolkata team. You can earn up to ₹18,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken
