Hritan Group is hiring a Sales Head in Sector 132 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹1,25,000/month.

Mba Required - Lead And Drive Sales For Real Estate Projects, Achieving Monthly And Annual Targets. Manage Sales Teams, Channel Partners And Brokers, Handle Bookings And Revenue, And Monitor Inventory. Strong Knowledge Of Rera, Project Pricing, Costing And Market Trends. Minimum 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Sales Is Mandatory. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹80,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Real Estate
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
