Ht Insurance & Services wants to bring on an Insurance Sales Executive for its Vadsar, Vadodara team. The pay goes up to ₹18,400/month. 7 candidates will be hired for this role.

As A Motor Insurance Sales Telecaller, Your Role Will Involve Making Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Motor Insurance Policies, Including New Sales And Renewals. You Will Explain Product Details, Generate And Convert Leads, Handle Customer Queries, Maintain Call Records, And Work Towards Achieving Daily And Monthly Sales Targets. Salary: ₹10,500 – ₹18,400 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
