Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Verbal communication, Hindi and English and Typing speed
• No English required
• Freshers can apply

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
