Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Corporate Insurance Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Typing speed
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are customer-first and calm under pressure
