Candidates With B2B Or Subscription Sales Experience Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude
