We Are Hiring A Tender Executive (Fresher) With Strong Communication Skills And Basic Knowledge Of Tendering, Documentation, And Bidding Processes. The Role Involves Reviewing Tender Documents, Preparing Required Documents, Coordinating Submissions, And Ensuring Timely Completion Of Tender Activities.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone organised and well spoken

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
