Doctor-Medical Advisor To Provide Telephonic Medical Guidance And Second Opinions To Customers.Key Responsibilities:-Handle Customers Calls And Provide Unbiased Medical Guidance Review Reports,Prescriptions And Diagnostic Findings.Document Consultations And Medical Advice Accurately.Coordinate With Claims, Customer Support,Medical Underwriting Team. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Active listening, CRM tools and Hindi and English
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹90,000 per month.
