We Are Looking For A Telecaller To Handle Customer Calls, Explain Banking Products/Services, Follow Up With Customers, And Maintain Accurate Records. Good Communication Skills Are Required. Type : Outbound, Domestic

Key responsibilities

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

What you get

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
