Customer Relationship Officer. Marketing | Type : Sales, Mutual Funds | Languages : English, Malayalam

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Compensation: ₹13,500 – ₹18,000 per month.
