A Loan Officer In Telesales Is Primarily Responsible For Contacting Prospective Borrowers, Analyzing Their Financial Needs, And Converting Qualified Leads Into Loan Applications Over The Phone. They Guide Clients Through The Initial Eligibility Screening, Handle Objections, And Set Appointments Or Transfer Qualified Files To Field Sales Agents. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
