Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Mutual Funds, Outbound and Real Estate

What you will do

As a Telecalling Team Leader, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
