Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of B2b, B2c, Corporate Product, Credit Card, Insurance, Loan and Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• B2B, B2C, Corporate Product
• Preferred Experience In: Credit Card, Insurance, Loan, Real Estate
• A persuasive, ethical attitude

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
