An Assistant Manager For Current Account Savings Account (Casa) Is A Banking Sales Role Focused On Acquiring New Bank Customers, Promoting Savings/Current Accounts, And Cross-Selling Financial Products Like Insurance Or Loans. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, your work will include:

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with KYC, Documentation, Compliance, Financial products
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and persuasive

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
