The Back Office Executive Is Responsible For Managing And Coordinating Daily Administrative And Operational Tasks To Ensure Smooth Business Operations. This Includes Maintaining Records, Handling Documentation, Coordinating With Internal Teams, Updating Databases, Supporting Recruitment And Onboarding Activities, Managing Reports, And Assisting In.

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry and MS Office
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
