Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls And Emails Related To Customer Issues, Product Inquiries, And Service Requests Provide Timely, Accurate, And Professional Responses To Customer Concerns, Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Follow Up On Open Or Pending Customer Cases To Ensure Prompt Resolution Escalate Complex Or Unresolved Issues. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
