Ikshana Konnect Llp has an opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Rajarhat, Kolkata. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Responsible For Supervising The Housekeeping Staff Team And Allotting Work To Them. Manpower Managing And Handling. A Two-Wheeler Is A Must. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised

What you get

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
