Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Customer Support Executive-Tamil, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound and Tamil
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
