Day-to-day work

As a Customer Support Executive-Tamil Vo..., your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month.
