Key responsibilities

As a Showroom Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing
• Good English
