The Business Development Officer Is Responsible For Driving Patient Inflow, Building Strategic Partnerships, And Expanding The Hospitals Referral Network. The Role Involves Developing Relationships With Corporate Clients, Residential Communities, Clinics, And Healthcare Partners To Promote Hospital Services And Increase Revenue Opportunities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: CRM, Negotiation, Lead generation, Target achievement
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, confident attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
