Front Desk Executive Welcomes Guests, Manages Check-In And Check-Out, Handles Reservations, Answers Calls And Inquiries, Coordinates With Housekeeping And Departments, Maintains Guest Records, Processes Payments, And Ensures Excellent Customer Service. Position Involves A Rotational Shift (Morning, Evening, Or Night).Candidate From Hotel Industry. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Typing and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
