Booking Coordinator

A new Booking Coordinator role is open at In Time Tours, Mulund West, Mumbai. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Plan And Organize Travel Itineraries, Bookings, And Tours For Clients. Provide Travel Recommendations And Handle Customer Queries. Ensure Seamless Travel Experiences By Coordinating With Partners And Suppliers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• You'll maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Billing / POS, Food & beverage service, Guest service, Communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well groomed, service-minded attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday, Rotational shift
• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
