Dispatch Executive / Officer

Indotex Equipments is looking for a Dispatch Executive / Officer to join its team in Lambha, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
