Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
