Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Reading drawings, Machine operation, Quality control and Safety norms
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are safety-first and process-oriented

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• Reduce wastage and improve line efficiency
• You'll support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
