Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• Someone detail-oriented and ethical
