Indusind Nippon Life is looking for a Back Office to join its team in Sinthee, Kolkata. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Record keeping and Data entry
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
