Indusind Nippon Life is looking for a Back Office to join its team in Chandni Chowk, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone dependable and organised

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
