Back Office Employee

Indusind Nippon Ltife is looking for a Back Office Employee to join its team in Bon Hoogly, Kolkata. You can earn up to ₹50,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations.

What you will do

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, Record keeping, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Basic English
