Oversee Inventory, Storage, And Distribution Of Materials For Smooth Operations. Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With Vendors For Replenishment. Maintain Accurate Records And Ensure Space Optimization. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting and Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
