• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada
• Someone patient and polite

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Customer Service Coordinator (Telug..., your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
