Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing and Quotation Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
