Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Basic Excel, Email
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
