The Role Involves Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls, Understanding Customer Loan Requirements, Generating And Converting Leads, Regular Follow-Ups, And Achieving Assigned Sales Targets.Key Skills: Loan Sales, Personal Loan, Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, Telecalling, Customer Handling, Follow-Up, Banking/Nbfc Sales, Negotiation & Convincing Skills, Target Achievement. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Loan
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
• You are confident and self-motivated

What you will do

• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
