Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word and Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
