Pay and perks

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
