The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Front Office Operations, Handling Communication, Supporting Basic Accounts Work, And Ensuring Smooth Coordination And Follow-Ups. Should Have Basic Knowledge Of Tally, Accounts And Google Sheets.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Salary
