Handle A High Volume Of Candidate Calls Daily.Screen And Assess Candidates Based On Job Requirements.Source Candidates Through Various Job Portals And Recruitment Platforms.Draft And Send Professional Emails For Interview Scheduling, Follow-Ups, And Candidate Communication.Maintain Candidate Databases And Recruitment Records.Manage The End-To-End Recruitment Process From Sourcing To Onboarding Support.Build And Maintain A Pipeline Of Qualified Candidates For Current And Future Openings.

Your responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS and Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
