Responsibilities Include Generating Leads Through Indiamart, Justdial, Google And Other Online Sources, Making Outbound Calls, Following Up With Customers, Preparing Quotations And Proforma Invoices (Pi) In Tally Prime, Maintaining Customer Records, Handling Email Communication, Updating Excel Reports, Coordinating With The Sales Team, And Performing Day-To-Day Back-Office Operations. Candidates Must Have Good Knowledge Of Tally Prime (Pi Creation), Advanced Excel, Crm Software, Ms Office, Chatgpt/Ai Tools, And Strong Communication, Organizational, And Multitasking Skills. Accuracy, Professionalism, And A Proactive Attitude Are Essential. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Marketing

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
